Paris St shopping & dining
Branding
This is a University level project. The brief was to brand a new shopping and dining center proposed to be built in place of the old bus station.
The concept is double layered. Firstly it represents gates or a gateway. As the new bus station will still be close by this new shopping center will be the first thing new visitors see. A literal "gateway to the city center". A secondly the icon vaguely resembles a butterfly, a reference to a rundown area being rebuilt and reborn.
